A customer had purchased a new 3 roll preheater and gluer from Italy for their corrugated cardboard manufacturing facility in Auckland. Concentric Engineered Solutions was involved with the project from the beginning and undertook the following services:

• Machine layouts for integration with the existing line using a combination of supplied 3D models and site measurements.
• Design and manufacture of walkways, machine frames & components to integrate the new equipment with the existing.
• Installation of the manufactured equipment.
• Positioning and levelling of the new equipment.
• Project management of the above work.

The equipment arrived in time for the Coronavirus Pandemic and being an essential service (food packaging), the installation was completed under lockdown restrictions.
